Returns & Exchanges
1. Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Certain products such as custom-made, clearance, or final sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@lemixantiques.com. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error. In the case of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
1. Refund Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved Refunds:
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, or your payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
4. Exchanges :
- We offer exchanges if you would like to replace your item with a different size, color, or product.
- Exchange Process:
- When contacting us, let us know which replacement item you want.
- Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship the replacement.
- If the new item is of higher value, we may request additional payment. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference within 7 business days.
